Throughout the year we have a number of visits and events which may be of interest to you.
We usually have a table at the Marshfield May Day and a presence at the Marshfield Village Day in August.
We have members who like to enter competitions to challange their interpretation and skills. The competitions take place across the area so if you are keen to get involved please let one of our commitee know.
The Flower Arranger and the South West Area News are two publications which both give information on events happening nationally and locally along with ideas and inspiration for the floral enthusiast. Both publications are available by subscription through the club.

27/03/2026 - Area Education Day
SOUTH WEST AREA EDUCATION DAY - Spring workshop FRIDAY 27TH MARCH 2026 With Graham King (Demonstrator, Teacher) This workshop is perfect for all skill levels in flower arranging – from those who have just started to the most skilled competitor. Lots of help available on the day Graham is a great tutor as well as demonstrator, so this will be a fun filled workshop. He will be showing us how to reuse and make over containers to create wonderful floral designs. This is a fabulous opportunity to have a spring clean and clear out all those boxes and drawers which have accumulated left over materials, bits and pieces and you have no idea what to do with – Graham will! 19/06/2026 - SW Area Council Meeting
The summer Council Meeting to be held at Conygre Hall, Timsbury. As a club we have two representatives attending but any member is welcome to attend and catch up on all the area and national NAFAS activities. We do display the minutes of the meeting on our notice board but if you would like your own copy please do contact our club chairman.

09/10/2026 - SW Area Council Meeting
The last council meeting of the year before the Area AGM. Meeting to be held at Conygre Hall, Timsbury at 10.00 for a 10.30 start.

14/11/2026 - SW Area AGM 2026
The Area AGM with take place at Conygre Hall, Timsbury and will go through the year's business. There will be trade tables, competitions and a demonstration in the afternoon.
